Called \u201cThe Prophet of Soul\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0in the 80\u2019s,\u00a0Howard Johnson<\/strong>\u00a0can still wear that moniker with honors in present day. His distinctive style has earned him a spot that will go down in history as one of music\u2019s most versatile entertainers.<\/em><\/p>\n

Starting his career as lead singer of the group\u00a0Niteflyte\u00a0<\/strong>on\u00a0Arista Records<\/strong>\u00a0with several pop hits,\u00a0Howard <\/strong>then became a solo artist on\u00a0A&M\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>Records.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0Still thriving in the 90\u2019s\u00a0Howard\u00a0<\/strong>was featured on vocals and co-produced music for such artists as\u00a0Madonna, Boys II Men, Tupac\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Tom Jones<\/strong>, as well as being an Independent Producer, Singer, Songwriter<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Manager<\/strong>\u00a0for other artists. He also found himself as\u00a0Vice President, A&R Director,<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Studio Production Coordinator\u00a0<\/strong>for\u00a0Lifestyle\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>Records.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

\n

Currently,\u00a0Howard\u00a0<\/strong>is performing double duty \u2013 touring both as the\u00a0new lead singer\u00a0<\/strong>of the\u00a0iconic R&B group L.T.D.<\/strong>\u00a0and wowing fans around the world as a solo artist.\u00a0Howard\u00a0<\/strong>is also putting finishing touches on the upcoming and eagerly awaited CD,\u00a0\u201cThe Orange Album\u201d.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

When\u00a0Howard\u00a0<\/strong>isn\u2019t in the studio or performing and touring the globe, he is working as an\u00a0independent producer, musical director, mentor\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0vocal therapist<\/strong>\u00a0for several top R&B artists, and helping new talent find their voice and way into the business as a\u00a0promoter.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
