Ms. Reaves-Phillips’ film credits include ROUND MIDNIGHT as Buttercup with Dexter Gordon & Herbie Hancock, and LEAN ON ME starring Morgan Freeman as Mrs. Powers and sang the title song.

Marians Jazzroom is a concert club that presents two concerts daily (with the exception of Sunday and Monday) from September through the end of May each year.
The musicians that appear in Marians (of Jazzfestival-niveau) are top stars on the international Jazz and Blues scene, that usually cannot be seen or heard in such an intimate setting. The program changes weekly and encompasses Jazz, Gospel, Blues, Rhythm & Blues, Soul, etc.
