QUEEN JAZZMUN

Jazzmun is an accomplished performer, embracing the worlds of stage, screen, and dance. She has performed across the globe on a variety of projects that showcase her passion for entertaining audiences worldwide.

This Los Angeles based phenomenon has been seen in both major motion pictures and television. She landed roles in the hit comedies”The Forty Year Old Virgin” with Steve Carrell and “Blast From the Past” with Christopher Walken and Brenda Frasier. On the small screen, she has also had several recurring roles on popular American television shows such as “Big Shots”,”CSI-New York”, “NYPD Blue”, “Nip/Tuck” and”ER”.

Jazzmun continues to evolve as a performer by incorporating dance into her repretoire. At the
present time, her diverse dance interests include Jazz Class with Frank Williams at Gold’s Hollywood;
Afro-Brazilian dance with Ayana Contreras at Crunch West Hollywood; and practicing Bikram Yoga for 3
years. Jazzmun has also produced and co-written several hot dance singles, including her dance track “Too Tired 2 B Shady” (search YouTube) which was choreographed by Travis Payne, who has choreographed for Michael Jackson. Other highly acclaimed choreographers that Jazzmun has worked with include Jamie King(Madonna, Spice Girls), Terry Beeman, and Marguerite Derricks.

Her dance talents are not limited to just classes which help her evolve as a performer, but also extend to cabaret and night club entertainment for which she is known. Jazzmun’s impersonation of Whitney Houston has won rave reviews at venue after venue, and she is also famous for her dead-on impersonations of other great musical luminaries such as Diana Ross and Grace Jones. It was after one of these performances that she was approached by Gloria Estefan to be in her video “Everlasting Love”, and later Ru Paul, who asked Jazzmun to co-star in her “A Little Bit of Love”video.
Capturing the essence of this dazzling performer in words is not an easy task.
